Creative Wedding Wedding planning can either be a joy or an absolute nightmare and it really depends on what type of person you are, how much support you will get from family and friends, your budget and probably above all, how much time you have. The best way to plan a wedding is to allow yourself as much time as possible before the big day. Not days or weeks or even months but preferably a year or two. You will be surprised how fast the time will fly and suddenly the big day will be looming up only a few weeks to go and unless you have planned everything down to the last detail you will undoubtedly start to panic which in turn will cause you to stress and become ratty with everyone. Allowing plenty of time before your wedding will allow you time to dream up some wonderful and creative wedding ideas which will have your guest talking and remembering your wedding for years after. Creative wedding ideas do not need to be expensive and it is normally the tiny details such as having personalized balloons or maybe giving everyone a lottery ticket instead of or as part of the wedding favors. Having unique and creative wedding ideas does not mean you have to break your budget it just means you can come up with ideas, themes or events that will reflect the personalities of the bride and groom. |

Christie’s to Offer a Famed Blue-Period Picasso
LONDON—Four years after it was first consigned to Christie’s, Picasso’s Portrait of Angel Fernandez de Soto (The Absinthe Drinker), 1903, is finally heading to auction. One of the most iconic portraits from Picasso's Blue Period, the painting — carrying an estimate of £30–40 million ($46–61 million) — will be up for bidding at the June 23 Impressionist and Modern Art evening sale in London. The work had previously been withdrawn from sale after descendants of a former owner claimed title of the work, alleging that it had been sold under Nazi duress in Germany during the 1930s. Earlier this year the work’s current owner, the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation, reached a private agreement with those claimants. |

What should I know about customer service jobs?
This holiday season, more and more companies will be looking for people to fill their open customer service jobs. Getting a seasonal job in customer service will not only put some extra money in your pocket but can also be a great start to a new career. So what do you need to know before applying for a seasonal job?
1. You'll be working a lot - A seasonal job in customer service usually comes with some extended hours attached. During the holidays, many stores and call centers stay open later than usual. You may have to work early, late or anywhere in between, so be prepared.
2. You may be doing a lot of things - Depending on where you work, you may be asked to answer phones, help customers with their shopping, process returns, or all of the above.
3. You'll need to be patient - People can get a little stressed out during the holiday season and may, on occasion, take it out on you. Customer service jobs are best suited for people who can handle a busy workplace, a bit of pressure and the occasional frantic shopper.
